Our lead time depends on the item and order quantity. Most of our goods are stocked and can ship within 3-5 business days. Items marked as Made-to-order have longer lead times.

Made-to-order means that once we receive your order, it gets included in a production run of that item and when it is completed, it ships to you directly.  This reduces waste and keeps us organized.  We are a small shop that prioritizes quality construction and ethical production methods. All good things take time and made-to-order items are no different.

Once your order is ready to ship you will receive tracking information via email.

We are able to rush orders on a case by case basis for an additional charge. Please get in touch so we can best accommodate your needs.

No. Untitled_co does not have a brick and mortar location, but you can pay a visit to one of our stockists. Feel free to email us about a stockist near you.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Venmo, and PayPal payments. Please note that if we cannot verify your payment method, or if your payment is declined for any reason, your purchase may be suspended or canceled until the balance is reconciled.

Please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order if there are any issues. We do not offer a warranty but will work to remedy any issues that may arise.

Our return policy is valid for 15 days after you receive your order. If 15 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You may submit a return request by sending us an email with the subject line reading “Return request - Order no. 1234”. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed. If your request is approved, a return label will be provided. Items must be postmarked within 5 business days after approval to be eligible for a refund.

When returning an item, please pack with care to prevent any damage during transit. Any return that has been damaged in the return shipping may not be eligible for a full refund and a Restocking Fee may apply.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchange items will be released as soon as your return is received and approved.

Most of our goods are eligible for return or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  We strongly advise that all returns be shipped back in the original packaging.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:

Items damaged through normal wear and tear, Sale Items, Customized Items

Deposits for custom orders, original shipping charges and duties + taxes are non-refundable.

The above return policy applies to international orders.  In addition, we cannot refund duties and taxes paid to clear customs.  Any duties and taxes that incur in return shipping will also be deducted from the total refund.Use this text to share the answer to the question with your customers.

In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged in transit or defective, please alert us within 2 business days of receipt, so we may promptly replace your item. Please provide photos of your damaged item and its packaging. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed.

We ship fulfillable orders within 3-5 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow 10 days for your order to arrive. This may change during peak times. Untitled_co is not responsible for service transit times. All orders are shipped UPS or USPS.

We do offer a pickup option during check out, simply check the option. Once your order is fulfilled, we will contact you about coordinating a time to pick up.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your order. We ship using multiple carriers and offer different transit classes during the checkout process.

We make every attempt to ship your order complete.  There are instances when we will ship items separately due to conflicting lead times and stock levels.
